Thinking mind- your reality?
Thinking mind is created to do, remember, and survive. When you live in ignorance of who you really are, you try to create, fix and arrange everything in life by thinking. This often creates stress. When you identify with your thinking mind, you lose your inner peace. The thinker is lost in this world, it tries to maintain control, but it will never do it. You will not find the essence of life in a world of thoughts. Thoughts are what they are, just thoughts.
Energy exercises can give you flow to all parts of your life
Energy exercises add light energy which leads to a clear mind that gives understanding. With understanding, you can live in peace and inspiration, full of energy and vitality.
Then you can be, being you
Being Mind: Practical and creative minds. When you move and do whatever you feel to do, without thinking. Then you live in the flow. To change the patterns that deal with critical thinking you need to go outside the box of thinking and beyond identification with your thoughts. You must move from thinking mind to functional, creative mind, to be. The thinking mind falls away when you have understanding, and the functional, creative mind is being returned. You do not need to have verbal thoughts when making decisions. You use self talk to clarify and calm the mind, to try to be the one who controls the thinking. But when you make a decision, you are using a different part of the brain.
This is a two day workshop, where we explore the thinking- and being- mind through different tools.
