Scurta descriere: in timpul acestor sesiuni introductive, Rune va transmite esenta ‚învăţăturii’ sale, adevărul ultim despre cine esti… : Invatatura pe care o vei primi te va ajuta sa experimentezi intelegerea unica despre care maestrii iluminati au vorbit de-a lungul a mii de ani.

NU este o religie. Este singura intelegere de care vei avea vreodata nevoie pentru a trai o viata magica! Odata ce vei intelege, vei fi de acord cu aceasta intelegere. Cel mai mare dar si cea mai mare iubire pe care ti-o poti da tie insati este sa intelegi cine esti cu adevarat. Asta te va elibera!

➢ Workshop “Eliberarea de cautarea eliberarii” – avansat (Freedom from seeking freedom)
Scurta descriere: Ti-am spus o multime de lucruri despre ceea ce stiu si acum te invit sa te indoiesti de mesajul meu! Asta este ca atunci cand, copil mic fiind, aveai sub pat niste lei sau altceva care te putea speria. Eu iti spun ca nu este nimic acolo dar, precum copilul mic, trebuie sa te convingi singur/a de asta. Singurul/singura care poate afla daca este adevarat, esti tu insati.

Tu esti aceasta enorma fiinta de iubire pura, esti aceasta fiinta nelimitata, dar trebuie sa te convingi singur/a de asta. Singurul ‚lucru’ care iti spune ca nu esti liber/a sunt gandurile si emotiile carora le acorzi atentie. Marea mea intrebare catre tine este urmatoarea: cine esti tu cu adevarat?

Ai nevoie sa faci aceasta calatorie a sufletului prin care poti deschide cadoul a ceea ce esti cu adevarat! Am facut primii pasi impreuna si, singurul cel mai mare cadou pe care ti-l poti darui tu, tie, este sa iti clarifici de unde vii tu, si gandurile si sentimentele tale. Ca sa elimini orice fel de indoiala, poti intreba: Cine sunt eu? De unde vine gandul asta?

Cauza tuturor problemelor este sa nu stii cine esti. Calea catre libertatea totala este sa afli si sa stii cine esti. Insa, daca doresti libertatea totala, trebuie sa descoperi tu insati care este adevarata ta natura.

In workshop-ul „Eliberarea de cautarea eliberarii – avansat” investighezi cine nu esti si, pe parcursul acestei investigatii vei ‚vedea’, din ce in ce mai clar, cel mai minunat mesaj din acest univers. Vei ajunge la sursa tuturor lucrurilor si ‚acolo’ vei descoperi cine esti cu adevarat! Tu esti aceasta constiinta unde toate dorintele inceteaza, pentru ca constiinta este (include) toate dorintele; tu esti aceasta constiinta in care iubirea nemarginita este adevarata ta natura.

➢ Mini-sesiuni pentru copii si adolescenti
a) copii 6-14 ani
Scurta descriere: “Poarta” catre siguranta interioara, pace şi fericire poate fi experimentata prin diferite tipuri de meditatii jucause. Aceste metode vor deschide, spre un nivel superior, constiinta copilului care poate invata natural, firesc, fara nici un stres sau teama de esec, despre acest ‚loc’. In multe scoli din intreaga lume se fac meditatii dimineata si la sfarsitul fiecarei zile de scoala. In aceste scoli se inregistreaza atat un nivel foarte ridicat de creativitate cat şi rezultate foarte bune ale copiilor, in toate domeniile. Un alt lucru minunat este faptul ca in aceste scoli stresul si violenta lipsesc aproape cu desavarsire, iar siguranta copiilor este astfel asigurata.
In cadrul acestei mini-sesiuni, prin exercitii simple, usoare si amuzante explicam copiilor faptul ca, in interiorul tuturor oamenilor, exista un ‚loc’ in care avem cu totii pace interioara, siguranta si iubire si ca acest ‚loc’ este mereu ‚acolo’. De asemenea, mai explicam faptul ca toti copiii, ca si toti oamenii in general, au ‚plantata’ in interiorul lor o ‚samanta’ speciala, care pastreaza in sine adevaratul lor talent si potential. Aceasta samanta poate fi deschisa, intr-un mod natural, prin joc si meditatie. Acest lucru nu are legatura cu religia, insa poate fi impartasit oricarei persoane, indiferent de credinta. Meditatia este in sine revelatoare, nici un fel de credinta nu este necesara.

b) adolescenti 15-20 ani
Scurta descriere: In spatele echilibrului emotional, al performantei mentale ca si al performantei sportive/atletice, putem descoperi adevarata noastra natura, in care suntem pe deplin prezenţi in momentul de Acum – acest lucru are multe nume, dar noi il putem numi super-constiinta. Cand poti sa descoperi şi sa experimentezi aceasta super-constiinta, asta iti va permite sa detii, in mod automat, cheia succesului in toate relatiile si in toate aspectele vietii tale. Cu totii am experimentat asemenea stari, in momentele de liniste interioara totala, de fericire extraordinara sau in timpul unei meditatii profunde; ca si in timpul unor evenimente deosebite, cum ar fi alunecarea pe schiuri sau cu saniuta, ori zborul cu parasuta, sau plutind pe creasta unui val. Dar cum ar fi daca noi, cu totii, am putea experimenta asemenea stari tot timpul si ne-am cunoaste adevarata noastra natura?

In cadrul acestei mini-sesiuni, prin exercitii simple, usoare si amuzante explicam adolescentilor faptul ca, in interiorul tuturor oamenilor, exista un ‚loc’ in care avem cu totii o pace interioara, siguranta si iubire si ca acest ‚loc’ este mereu ‚acolo’.
Acest lucru nu are legatura cu religia, insa poate fi impartasit oricarei persoane, indiferent de credinte. Meditatia este revelatoare in sine, nici un fel de credinta nu este necesara.

➢ “Investigarea momentului” – workshop intensiv special de 3 zile
Scurta descriere: Cand iti explorezi adevarata ta natura, iti amintesti de tine…. Starea de a fi continua (si) atunci cand iti amintesti cine esti. Ca sa-ti amintesti cine esti, trebuie sa ințelegi cine esti. Odata ce-ti amintesti, nu vei uita, nici macar in urmatoarea ta viata. Acest workshop este despre explorarea adevaratei tale naturi. Cine esti si ce esti tu?

In acest workshop intensiv de 3 zile vom incepe dimineata devreme si vom lucra pana seara. Te vom invata o modalitate de a pune intrebari privind adevarata ta natura care te va elibera de iluziile tale de fiinta limitata. Ca urmare a acestei modalitati foarte intense de a (te) chestiona, vei trage propria ta concluzie. Iti vei da seama ca esti intregul si ca constiinta este tot ce exista, ca tu esti constiinta pura si Mintea Fericita.

Cine sunt eu?
Totul este despre EU, TU sau EI.
Salasluieste in sentimentul de a fi, la persoana intai (eu)
Cand iti dai seama ca atentia ta a fost deviata catre persoana a doua (tu),
sau persoana a treia (ei),
reintoarce-ti atentia la persoana intai (eu).
Asta cuprinde intreaga lume.
Indiferent despre ce e vorba, este fie despre tine fie despre ei.

Pentru a reveni la ‚eul’ pur, care este sentimentul/trairea de a fi, te poti intreba: “Pentru cine (inlauntrul cui) apar aceste ganduri? Cine gandeste aceste ganduri? De unde vine gandul asta?” Este vorba doar despre de a fi, nu a face.

And what I found was, it’s all about achieving a being mind! The next question I asked was: When I finally achieve a being mind, why can’t I keep it?

After more than 20 years of searching for the optimal formula for true happiness and true success, I stopped. I had been travelling half around the world, meeting spiritual masters, master healers, coaches, quantum physists, doctors and psychologists. But still a piece was missing. I was still left with some fundamental questions; “How can I become free from the need to seek security and pleasure? How can I be free from the need to seek freedom? How can my life feel like a meditation even after I leave the meditation room? How can I get a being mind and keep it?”

It is like looking for the t-shirt that makes you happy, and you are already wearing it. But you still try to find it, and you won’t stop until someone tells you that you are already wearing the t-shirt. My job is to point at the t-shirt so you can realize your being mind is already there and will always be there, and that it has always been there.

1. We want to find out who is behind the appearance of Rune Heivang, something personal that defines you. Something that cannot be found on your website or in articles. What are those special energies that define your uniqueness?

The special energies that define my uniqueness, must be the same special energies that define our uniqueness. We are all one. But this must be one of the most misunderstood sayings in the spiritual realm, together with the word spirituality. My uniqueness might be that I share the greatest message there is on this planet, in a simple way: The only reason you do not feel free at all times is because you do not know it is possible, and you do not know how to find true freedom.

What most people know but really don’t know is that my experience with healing and energymedicine have been beyond miracles. It was so amazing that I had to share what I knew about healing with others. I have been doing that for more than ten years now, to thousands of people. But the teaching I present is even further beyond miracles than the healings.

2. Your life story surely drove you on your path towards what you are doing today, namely the Soulpilot Academy. What important happening in your life opened the way that led you here?

When I was very young I used to play with imaginary people. Later on, when I was around 17, I got a little lost. Then these imaginary people came back and started telling me things that was going to happen in the future. I thought I was going nuts. I hated these messages because they were all about when people was going to die. These events changed my life and I started to investigate them deeper. Through many hours of meditation and by traveling around the world, meeting many spiritual masters and master healers, I got some answers. And after a while my seeking became all about knowing and finding GOD. It was like a sun chasing the night. You can not find it before you understand that you are seeking yourself, and realize that you are the sun.

3. You’ve now been to Romania not only once, but several times, and you’re planning on coming back again. Tell us, what can you say about this place, about the people that you’ve met here?

A few years ago we were invited by a romanian businessman to come to Romania and share our message and unique teaching. At the same time a great woman with branches to the Tibetan tradition came to the mountains where I was running my school. She gave me a solicitation to go outside Norway to teach what I knew.

If we go back a few years, we would never have guessed that we were going to Romania. When we came here, I knew very little about your country. One thing I remember from our first meeting with Bucharest, is the «special architecture». When we started teaching we where surprised how many that was interested in our teaching. Because our teaching is the end of all teachings. But I think they recognized the truth and the purity in it. A dear truth is something that never change when you discover it.

The people we have met is really great and we have made a lot of fantastic friends. The people have met us with open hearts. And so many really gifted people have helped us to share what we know. We are so greatful.

Maybe I’m wrong but I think Romania is a country with a lot of potential. You have in one way unused natural resources and you have unused human resources. The thing is that many of you think Romania is poor, and yes that might be true in one way. But in another way you are rich and you have big hearts.

4. I know there is no such a thing as a universal receipt for solving problems or “knowing” and “believing” the truth. Still you teach people how to do that. What is your message for people reading this article about finding their inner truth and essence?

I know it exists a universal receipt for solving problems and knowing truth. That’s what our message is about. It can be said in many ways, but it is only one truth about who you are. You can understand your mind and the one who created it. Many people seek spirituality to get more of something, more happiness, security, more energy, knowledge, love and so on. And many teachers sell it this way. Many places you will be presented with a new cosmology and techniques with rules and regulations. This is very exiting and can be very good for a while. But this can be a new set of beliefs and not the real freedom I’m talking about. A lot of spirituality is about solving problems. The problem is that there can be millions of problems. So then you need to solve problems all the time. When is the time to just be you? What I’m really talking about is the freedom from seeking security, happiness and freedom. Many spiritual teachings have been lost and is about creating your own reality and to fulfill all your desires. But in the mind desires can be infinite. What we talk abut is getting to the point where all unatural desires end. True paradise is where you can not wish for more. You are whole, complete, unchanging, limitless love forever. Then you live your life in true freedom. If you enjoy what you do, life is very simple. If you do not enjoy what you do, then you have to do something in order to enjoy. Which can be very hard sometimes, when you need to fight for your security and happiness. How can you live in freedom and security when life is changing all the time? My question to spititual seekers is always: How can you KNOW what you learn is true and good? Our teaching is about that and that you can know God/Source, like you know you exist.

Our teaching is about taking care of the fundamental problem. The problem you think it is, is never the problem. The only thing that can inform you that you are not happy or that you have a problem, is a thought or a feeling. When you realize through unique knowledge that you are not really your body, thought’s or feelings. You will discover something very beautiful. You are pure consciousness that reflects happiness into your mind. This is what we call supreme consciousness, I call it Being Mind. What if we can keep it this way all the time? Some people call it the ultimate healing because you discover heaven on earth.

Meditation and spiritual exercises can not directly set you free. But with unique teaching through a clear mind, it can bring you the understanding of that you are already free, secure and limitless. Enlightenment is not an experience but a knowledge of who you are. Energetic experiences are some of the greatest distractions to why people do not find it. They believe it is an experience of a great state of bliss after hours of deep meditations or other techniques. But all states in the mind is changing all the time. God is all experiences. Which one is the one called enlightenment?

In The Great Teaching you can realize that it is no second thing. Therefore with this knowledge, fear is eliminated. When you are safe forever, you can be, when you can be you are happy and free. Our teaching is about non-duality, this means that the great knowledge is that you are the whole. What gives you this knowledge, is the beauty of The Great Teaching. It is something to be understood, to be yourself.

This simple concept and teaching can be misunderstood in billions of ways, because the mind can not understand the intelligence that created it. If not the intelligence choose to reveal itself through the mind. Without explanation through words from a skilled teacher, many people can get lost. And we do not want another religion, spiritual fake guru or worshipers of these leaders. We want to share the kind of knowledge where we can see and understand all spirituality, religions, teachers and leaders, clearly, in a perspective of love, understanding and intelligence. We want people to find the freedom that all the masters were talking about. Like Krishna, Lao Tzu, Buddha and Jesus. Their teaching was a pure teaching that got lost in the human mind. The teaching is beyond human mind, intelligence, thoughts and experiences.

So what we share is ancient knowledge, which is said to be not of human origin. It has formed the blueprints for humanity in terms of how we should live and interact with the other, our environment and the world. This pure teaching gives the clear knowledge of who you are. It let the mind recognize the intelligence that created it.

5. Because we are limited to only 5 questions, like the senses of the physical body, but still trying to transcend. My last question would be about your vision of the world 5,10 and maybe 50 years from now.

Humans will go through many changes the next years. I think it will be clearer and clearer that many thing on this earth is not fair. When 5 % of the people have more than the rest, something is wrong. When political leaders become the biggest thiefs. This will not be accepted in the future. Because of this and other things, people will go through changes. The great thing is that more and more people will wake up and see their leaders clearly. This awakening needs to happen through the understanding of our true nature. Then you listen to leaders and in 60 seconds you will know where they are coming from. New leaders will be born. They will be clear and without fear. They will understand that the planet will be a better place for all of us when we can share the resources. It is not natural that some people own 95 % of this planet and do not use their wealth for something good. The planet belongs to everybody. It must be a change, and everybody knows this. The first thing that needs to change is the quality of consciousness. Because the quality of consciousness equals the quality on this planet. Then right decisions will be taken, and changes will happen according to the natural law of this universe.

We need a change in leadership. And we do not want to replace our leaders with new leaders that are on the same low level. Through all human history it has maybe never been peace on this planet. What does that say about us and our leaders. A four year old understands that we need a new intelligence and a new solution to run this planet. 99 % of the leaders today do not understand how, but our common supreme intelligence knows. All we need to do is to come in contact with this intelligence.

We can change this planet in one generation if everybody uses their higher level of consciousness – the simple nature of who we are. What is happening is that more and more people are waking up to their true nature. Then planet earth can peacefully change by itself. We can’t be afraid of new ideas anymore. We need to embrace it. If we all share this planet, it is enough for everybody. Then we do not need to be afraid of the economic changes.

The first thing that must happen, is to realize that we can not change others. We need to wake up and change ourselves first. Then you will see that the earth is you and you will treat it in that manner, and everybody else will too. Thank you.

we invite you to a rather …. unusual meeting  with Rune, to an evening meditation via virtual environment (via Skype).
Besides meditation, the evening will include also a Q&A mini-session.

The meeting will be held at The HUB Bucharest , 7 Halelor street, 2nd floor (Unirii Square, see map below) on Thursday, November 22, between 18.00 – 21.00.

We kindly ask you to arrive around 17.30, so once we’ve started the ‘work’ to ensure the most comfortable conditions for meeting.

If you prefer to sit down during meditation, we recommend you bringing a blanket / pillow (the room has a wood floor)
