Many years ago Rune Heivang started his journey to find the optimal method of healing and transformation. Through his studies of different healing methods and meditations, he has gained a unique insight and understanding. This understanding is true for all human beings and can freely be shared.

Rune Heivang and his companions are a group of people who share the highest truth with everyone who wants to experience it. The highest truth is unique and simple – in some ways so simple it can be difficult to believe it or see it. Fortunately it is not about believing, but about attaining understanding through experience that create unique understanding.

Is there more than your mind?
Who or what creates and controls the intellect and the thoughts?
Who or what is the creator of our reality?

Our simple methods help those who seek the truth. You yourself will be able to experience your true nature and from there understand who and what you are. You will experience the truth and through this experience attain your own understanding.

Knowledge through unique experience is in this context important.

This experience leads to an understanding (enlightment), which prevents the truth from merely remaining a beautiful philosophy and intellectual rubbish. Even though this understanding can give the intellect the answers it seeks, the highest truth requires something grander and more profound than what the intellect alone can produce. We must travel beyond the understanding of the mind and arrive where the truth cannot be explained, only understood. This is your ordinary state.

What is your description of paradise?

Can everyone understand it? YES! Why? Because this is your true nature and who you are – a ordinary state of consciousness sometimes referred to as “being”.

Why should you understand this?

Is there a place where all wishing ends? What is your description of paradise? Do you know what you really want? The highest truth is about the understanding that within all people there exists inner freedom and eternal peace. In this state of being all your wishing ends and your life becomes simpler and more beautiful. You can live without stress and fear, and experience a more comfortable presence and harmony in your life. Inner peace and inner joy will occur, and express themselves as inspiration and enthusiasm in countless ways. Can heaven on Earth exist infinitely?

Throughout history many people have spoken of this truth, amongst these are Buddha, Jesus, Lao Tzu, Ramana Maharashi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Eckhart Tolle.

The pure essence found in the teachings of these Masters is in many ways similar to the teachings of Rune Heivang. This is not to say that Rune Heivang belongs to any of these spiritual traditions or that he is a follower of these Masters, but his teachings points towards the same pure truth. This understanding goes beyond religion or tradition – this truth is universal and equally true for all human beings.

What, perhaps, makes Rune Heivang’s way of teaching unique, is that he enjoys combining the verbal part with some simple exercises. The exercises make it possible for the participants to have a deeply personal experience of what is said, where the insight explains itself and create deep understanding about who you really are. These methods of explanation give deep understanding, more happiness and wellness in the learning experience, without removing the purity and clarity of the message. The methods can easily be incorporated into your life, and can freely be shared with others.

In our workshops an understanding is given to you.

As a metaphor one can say that in each participant a seed is planted. After a little while this seed grows into a beautiful tree of understanding about your true nature and who you really are. This understanding will continue to grow long after our meeting. In this way it becomes not ours, but it becomes your experience of your discovery and truth. At our workshops you will also be given unique tools so you can, in a safe and beautiful way, deepen your understanding further on your own.

About:

Rune has been initiated into and descends from a line of spiritual masters and healers originating in the Andean mountains of Peru. He has also been initiated into several other spiritual and healing traditions from all over the world. Through his studies of different healing methods, coaching, psychology, and meditation he has gained a unique understanding which he shares at his workshops with all who wish to hear and know it. He usually works together with his team, a group of people also experienced in working with these insights and methods.

Rune has for the last twenty years, traveled around the world in search for the highest truth about humans true nature. He has met masters in meditation, gurus, master healers, doctors, coaches, psychologists and quantum physists. What he found was the solution to the fundamental problem in the human mind. This knowlegde you won’t find many places on the planet. After this he has had thousands of clients and participants in his workshops and at his school in Norway and abroad.

 

 

 

Arne Bjellebø
Arne attended the school of Happy Mind Academy, and have since then been a part of the school. He has been teaching and guiding thousands of people in Norway and abroad, together with Rune Heivang. In addition to that, he has been traveling around the world and studied with other reputable spiritual teachers and masters.
  

 

 

Karina Pedersen
Karina is herself a former student of Happy Mind Academy. After she completed her study, she got employed by the school. At the same time she started undergoing personal teaching/guidance from Rune Heivang, founder of Happy Mind Academy. Today she is the school’s official contact person and she also works as a teacher and personal consultant. She has been teaching and guiding thousands of people in Norway and abroad. Her former experience includes education in children and youth work and tree years working in a mental health institution.
